DOT Physicals for Less provides certified DOT compliance services for both individual CDL drivers and employers. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Combo Packages (all-in-one compliance solution)
  • Multilingual Clinic Services
  • Pre-Employment DOT Screenings
  • Employer Services and Group Testing

All services are conducted by qualified and certified medical professionals in accordance with the standards set by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and other relevant regulatory bodies.

2. Clinic Appointments and Walk-Ins

We strive to make DOT testing accessible and convenient for all our patients.

  • Walk-ins Welcome: Most of our locations accept walk-in patients during business hours. However, wait times may vary depending on demand.
  • Scheduled Appointments: We recommend scheduling in advance to minimize wait time and guarantee availability.
  • Late Arrivals: Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled based on provider availability.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or to reschedule your appointment.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment at Time of Service: All services must be paid in full at the time they are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made with the clinic or employer.
  • Accepted Payments: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and employer-authorized billing. We do not accept personal checks.
  • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you feel you were charged in error, please contact our billing department promptly for review.

4. Medical and Legal Disclaimer

Our services are provided for regulatory compliance and occupational health evaluations only. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions outside of DOT-related evaluations.

  • DOT Physicals for Less is not responsible for employment decisions made by employers based on test results or medical evaluations.
  • We are not liable for any adverse actions taken by regulatory bodies (e.g., FMCSA) based on test outcomes or reported information.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and honest medical history and personal information.

5. Patient Privacy and HIPAA Compliance

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. All personal and medical data is handled in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable federal and state laws.

We collect personal data solely for the purpose of:

  • Performing DOT-regulated evaluations and services
  • Providing test results and medical certificates
  • Submitting necessary documentation to employers or regulatory authorities
  • Complying with legal obligations and FMCSA standards

6. Employer and Corporate Services

Employers utilizing our services must:

  • Submit valid authorization forms for employee testing
  • Provide accurate billing and contact information
  • Understand that all final certification decisions are made solely by our certified medical examiners

We also provide Third Party Administrator (TPA) services for drug and alcohol program management.
