As the face of our clinic, you’ll help keep Texas drivers, workers, and families healthy, certified, and on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily clinic operations, including patient flow and staff scheduling
Manage front desk duties: check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, and appointment setting
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
Monitor inventory and order medical and office supplies as needed
Maintain compliance with DOT and healthcare regulations
Support the clinic team with billing coordination and patient communications
Uphold a professional, welcoming, and organized clinic environment

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a clinic, urgent care, or healthcare administrative setting
Knowledge of Texas DOT physical exam standards is a strong plus
Proficient in EHR software (Athena, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms)
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
High school diploma or equivalent required; medical or administrative certification is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred due to Texas patient demographics
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
