As the face of our clinic, you’ll help keep Texas drivers, workers, and families healthy, certified, and on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily clinic operations, including patient flow and staff scheduling
  • Manage front desk duties: check-ins, check-outs, phone calls, and appointment setting
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
  • Monitor inventory and order medical and office supplies as needed
  • Maintain compliance with DOT and healthcare regulations
  • Support the clinic team with billing coordination and patient communications
  • Uphold a professional, welcoming, and organized clinic environment

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a clinic, urgent care, or healthcare administrative setting
  • Knowledge of Texas DOT physical exam standards is a strong plus
  • Proficient in EHR software (Athena, eClinicalWorks, or similar platforms)
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical or administrative certification is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred due to Texas patient demographics
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check
